- One lead, one upholstererA customer who asks for work in your area goes to you alone. Not to a list, not to whoever calls first. Nobody else is racing you to the phone.
- You set what a lead costs youYou choose your own per-lead price inside the range Sit Soft allows, and you can change it from the app whenever you like.
- Charged when it arrives, not when it convertsThe moment a lead reaches you, your wallet is debited and the customer’s number is yours. There is no accept button and no waiting - the work is finding you already unlocked.
- A bad lead is a problem you can reportWrong number, not a real customer, outside your area - report it in the app within a day and, if we agree, the amount goes back into your wallet as credit.
- No commission on the jobWhat you quote and what you are paid is between you and the customer. Sit Soft never takes a cut of the work and never handles the customer’s money.
- A prepaid wallet, and a monthly feeYou top up before leads arrive. There is a small monthly maintenance charge; if your wallet is empty when it falls due it waits as arrears rather than pushing you into debt.
The part worth reading twice: you pay for the introduction whether or not the job comes off. That is the whole model, and it is why a lead only ever goes to one of you.
What we will ask for
- Your business name and the legal name it trades under
- A mobile number you answer - it is how customers reach you
- The PIN codes you actually travel to
- Your PAN, and the last four digits of your Aadhaar
- Your GSTIN, if you have one
We never ask for a full Aadhaar number and could not store one if you sent it. Four digits is all our records can hold.
